Shipping Information

Most purchases are shipped from our midwest warehouse and should arrive within 7-10 business days from receipt of order. In an event of a delay, a customer service representative will notify you.

Items sent directly from our suppliers may take longer, and items ordered at the same time may not arrive in the same package.

Home at Sea wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchases. If for any reason, you are not satisfied, we will gladly provide a merchandise refund within 30 days of receipt for a small re-stocking fee. You will need to submit a return authorization form for each return. This form can be obtained by emailing us at sales@homeatsea.com.

DAMAGES:

We make every effort to prevent damages from happening during shipments. Should any damages occur during shipping, filing a claim with the shipping company (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.) is the responsibility of the recipient and should be filed within 48 hours of delivery. Please save all packaging and broken items until you hear otherwise from the shipping company.
